Infrastructure Development Specialist

The role of a civil engineer involves designing and developing infrastructure projects that are safe, efficient, and sustainable. They work closely with architects, urban planners, and other stakeholders to create infrastructure that meets the needs of communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing infrastructure projects using Autodesk Civil 3D
  • Providing technical support for residential development projects
  • Managing CAD files and project documents
  • Revising drawings based on feedback and specifications
  • Coordinating with engineers and project managers via Microsoft Teams

Essential qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience using Autodesk Civil 3D (required)
  • Civil engineering background with a focus on residential site development or public works projects
  • Familiarity with residential grading, utilities, lot layouts, and BMPs (willing to train on BMPs)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow CAD standards
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good written and verbal communication in English (perfect fluency not required)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and cloud-based collaboration platforms
