We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining complex Microsoft 365 tenants, Windows Server, and Desktop operating systems.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and possess strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals, as well as various operating systems and virtualization technologies.

  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants, Windows Server, and Desktop operating systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
