About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Customer Support & Fulfillment Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position involves handling refunds, creating shipping labels, and managing customer calls in a professional manner. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process online order refunds accurately and promptly
  • Generate and manage shipping labels for outgoing packages efficiently
  • Respond to customer phone calls with clarity and professionalism

Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Clear speaking voice with minimal accent
