Responsibilities
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support activities for BIM solutions, focused on Architecture, Engineering & Construction.
  • Pre-sales duties include demonstrating the company products to potential prospects/customers at their site or remotely.
  • Provide comprehensive demonstrations, understand customers' requirements, and provide solutions from the company's solutions and services.
  • Answer customers' questions relating to products, competitive products, and technical issues related to product integration in the customer's environment.
  • Conduct competition tracking and benchmarking.
Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline in design/build/engineering specialties.
  • Knowledge of BIM is essential.
  • Excellent proficiency and strong command of spoken English and business writing skills.
Nice to Have
  • Willingness to learn new solutions and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in the AEC industry is an advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Highly creative and autonomous.
