We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to facilitate efficient weekly team meetings, outline key trends and insights from weekly business results, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate timely weekly team meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
  • Analyze weekly business results to identify key trends and insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Manage NPS surveys to measure stakeholder satisfaction and implement improvement plans.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with division and department leads to align project management needs and priorities.

This is a remote position that requires strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, highly communicative, and possesses strong organizational abilities.

Requirements:
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness in meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Effective communication skills individually and in group settings to build trust and rapport with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing processes end-to-end to drive efficiency and productivity improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint, to support data analysis and presentation requirements.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly to stay up-to-date with changing demands.
