Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time, remote role is crucial as we expand our e-commerce presence on Amazon. You will be the go-to person for managing product listings, ensuring compliance, and supporting general office administrative tasks.

This is an entry-level position that requires proven experience in uploading and managing products on Amazon Seller Central.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Amazon Product Listing Management:
    • Take ownership of uploading new products to Amazon Seller Central accurately and efficiently.
    • Perform regular housekeeping of existing product listings, ensuring all information is current, compliant, and optimized.
    • Verify product data, specifications, and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards.
    • Manage product compliance documentation within the Amazon system.
  • Amazon Account Support:
    • Monitor product health and address any listing issues or discrepancies promptly.
    • Assist with various Amazon-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Conduct precise spreadsheet input and data entry for various office needs.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the broader team and operations.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with Amazon's product listing best practices, compliance requirements, and general account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
