Job Overview

This role supports a US-based law firm specializing in trust litigation. We are looking for an experienced Paralegal Litigation Assistant to work on various cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and summarize medical records, financial records, and case documents for multiple active litigation cases.
  • Draft substantive responses to discovery, including form interrogatories and requests for production.
  • Organize and compile information, evidence, witnesses, document logs, spreadsheets, charts, etc., to detail findings for attorney review.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in litigation support.
  • Three years of experience in the BPO industry.
  • Two years of working night shifts.
