Marketing Content Strategist Role

We're seeking a seasoned Marketing Content Strategist to drive growth through high-performing ad creatives. This role bridges our internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to deliver engaging content across various platforms.

Your mission is to create compelling creatives that win clicks, drive conversions, and scale campaigns for the US market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Brief and request static and video assets from in-house design and media production teams for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to produce daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs driving measurable outcomes
  • Maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven track record producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • In-depth understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what drives content conversion
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams simultaneously
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
