Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Creative Strategist to drive meaningful impact across paid media channels.

This role sits within the Performance Business Unit, where you'll leverage data-driven insights to inform creative direction and optimize ad performance.

You'll work closely with creatives to bring ideas to life, ensuring assets are optimized for each platform and aligned with performance goals. Additionally, you'll lead the exploration and implementation of AI tools within the creative strategy workflow.

As part of your responsibilities, you'll contribute to shaping the evolving role of creative strategy within our performance team, helping us define standards, processes, and ways of working across accounts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Creative Strategy & Insight: Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization; conduct research to fuel ideation and ensure relevance; translate insights into clear, inspiring creative briefs and strategic direction.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring assets meet expectations and deadlines; coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators to keep workflows smooth and aligned.
  • Creative Quality & Optimization: Review content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with performance goals; provide actionable feedback and guidelines to improve output.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g., Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing)
  • Strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction
  • Confidence in writing briefs, organizing timelines, and managing moving parts within a creative team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A blend of strategic thinking and creative instincts
