Job Description

As a digital marketing and brand design specialist, you will play a crucial role in elevating our brand and driving growth. This is a dynamic and creative opportunity that requires a blend of technical skills and artistic flair.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working collaboratively with a small team. You should be confident in your ability to communicate effectively both written and visually and possess high standards for quality accuracy and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Newsletters & Campaigns:
    • Deliver two high-quality newsletters per month that showcase our brand and engage our audience.
    • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns workflows forms and landing pages to drive results.
    • Report on performance metrics such as open rate click-through rate and subscriber growth.
  • Content & Social Execution:
    • Create and publish at least eight social posts per month that mix thought leadership content with brand-driven messaging.
    • Collaborate with the video editor to produce engaging video content.
    • Write format and publish one blog post per month on our website.
    • Produce one case study per month with input from the delivery team.
  • Lead Operations:
    • Import leads from Salesforce three times per week and research ICP fit to provide lead scoring and notes.
  • Brand & Design:
    • Deliver six to twelve creative assets per month including ads carousels slide decks workbooks PDFs and merchandise.
    • Maintain our brand asset library and ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned.
    • Create sales enablement collateral such as pitch decks proposals and one-pagers.
  • Reporting & Optimization:
    • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns newsletters leads social and YouTube metrics.
    • Recommend one idea per month for optimization or creative experimentation.
