Creative Content Specialist

The role of a Creative Content Associate is to drive business growth by developing engaging ad creatives. You will serve as a bridge between internal design teams and performance marketers, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.
- Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily.
- Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that yield measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
- Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly.
- 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
- Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
- Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what drives conversions.
- Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams simultaneously.
- Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
