Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales growth
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate tasks across internal teams and external partners
  • Develop and optimize campaigns to achieve desired outcomes and metrics
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral, social content, email copy, and creative briefs
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Apollo
  • Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, ads, SEO, events, etc.)
  • Strong content and copywriting skills with attention to voice, tone, and accuracy
  • Hands-on experience with webinars, landing pages, and basic CRM management
  • Solid understanding of analytics and performance reporting
  • High proficiency in project management and organization, with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background or strong interest in architecture/design or Hispanic marketing
  • Experience in event marketing or trade show planning
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and how to optimize messaging for organic reach
  • Working knowledge of ClickUp or other project management tools
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
