Remote Technical Support Role for CRM and Automation Platform

This is a job opportunity for an experienced technical support specialist to work on a CRM and automation platform built on Go High Level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong developer's mindset, solid hands-on experience with Go High Level, and basic programming skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, investigating user-reported problems, configuring and testing automations, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining documentation, and suggesting improvements.

  • Providing technical support for Go High Level issues
  • Investigating user-reported problems and pinpointing root causes
  • Configuring, testing, and refining automations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate bugs and contribute to fixes

The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong written communication skills and the ability to work comfortably with APIs, JSON payloads, and integrations.

Additionally, the candidate will need to attend daily stand-up meetings, disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work, and reflect this engagement on their professional profile.

Requirements:
  • Solid hands-on experience with Go High Level
  • Developer's mindset
  • Basic programming skills (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, or API usage)
  • Minimum 2 years in a technical support/helpdesk role
  • Comfortable working with APIs, JSON payloads, and integrations
  • Strong written communication skills
