Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team at Bravefoods Global Concepts Holdings Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
  • Schedule job interviews and assist with the interview process.
  • Collect employment and tax information, and ensure background and reference checks are completed.
  • Prepare new employee files and oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Orient new employees to the organization, including setting up designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.
  • Conduct benefit enrollment process and administer new employment assessments.
  • Serve as a point person for all new employee questions.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Process payroll, including tracking vacation and sick time in the system.
  • Answer payroll questions and facilitate resolutions to any payroll errors.
  • Participate in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.

Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain current HR files databases and update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
  • Maintain records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Perform file audits to ensure all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Perform payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
  • Perform payroll and benefits audits and recommend any correction action.
  • Complete termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a four-year course and one to three years related experience and/or training.
