Strategic Growth Director for Enterprise Solutions

Gentem Consulting Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
About the Role
We are looking for a sales professional with a strong background in solution selling, particularly in IT related services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in the ERP, SAP, or related IT software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business/net new customers.
- Solving customer problems with appropriate 24/7 International's products and services.
- Acting as the first contact point for business executives across different industries.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP certifications) are a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven success in business development or sales, with a focus on ERP solutions, SAP, or similar enterprise software products.
- Experience in selling to mid-market and large enterprise clients is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of the ERP landscape, specifically SAP solutions, and how they benefit various industries (manufacturing, retail, finance, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
- A willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
