Job Overview

This role involves working as a highly skilled maintenance professional, providing technical support and maintenance for building equipment and systems. Our team requires someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of how to perform routine maintenance inspections to diagnose potential problems and make repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to identify any issues that may arise in the future.
  • Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Review assigned work orders to estimate time and materials needed for completion, maximizing productivity and minimizing costs.
  • Support energy management by ensuring the efficient operation of building systems, reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
  • Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations, guaranteeing a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of job-related experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads.
  • Ability to follow established work routines and standards, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
