Support a Founder as an Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly proactive and experienced professional to provide high-level support to our founder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the inbox and calendar, tracking and coordinating tasks and projects, handling financial coordination, creating SOPs from Loom recordings and existing processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, track tasks and projects, handle financial tasks and reporting, create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain data dashboards in Google Sheets, handle data entry, prepare business performance reports, book travel arrangements, and perform other administrative tasks.
Key Partnerships & Growth:
  • Support and manage affiliate partnerships, influencer collaborations, B2B partnerships, and outreach efforts.
Process Management:
  • Update online stores, enter product data, build workflows to document key processes, identify internal efficiency improvements, and implement changes.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting an e-commerce founder, fluent in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity, strong skills in Google Sheets, including dashboards and reporting.
  • Proven experience in email management, SOP creation, business reporting, hands-on experience with Shopify and at least one marketplace (Amazon or Bol.com).
Preferred Requirements:
  • Practical experience managing listings across multiple marketplaces, sourcing and managing affiliate and B2B partnerships.
  • Strong background in financial coordination and reporting support, comfortable with travel planning and personal assistant tasks.
