Technical Support Analyst

This is a technical support analyst role that involves providing white-glove service to end-users via phone, email, and chat.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incidents and requests within the ticketing system, performing daily ticket follow-ups with end-users, resolving username and password problems, uninstalling/reinstalling approved software applications on devices, and providing multifactor authentication, single sign-on, and VPN support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users via multiple communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with remote access tools such as LogMeIn, TeamViewer, and Take Control.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
