  • The Site Operations Manager oversees the operational efficiency of various facilities, conducting technical assessments and maintenance surveys to ensure optimal performance.
  • This role involves a thorough evaluation of facility infrastructure, equipment, and overall operational readiness, with a focus on identifying risks and areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Lead and Oversee Survey Teams: Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary survey teams, providing direction, assigning tasks, and ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  2. Analyze Survey Results: Develop detailed Facility Survey Reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.
  3. Presentation and Communication: Engage with stakeholders to present findings, validate survey data, and support design review discussions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
  4. Documentation and Tracking: Oversee the documentation and tracking of facility conditions, identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to support long-term operational sustainability.
Qualifications:">
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED) is an advantage.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations, including hands-on expertise in analyzing facility systems and recommending corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure, including the unique requirements of port facilities, coastal surveillance sites, and related operational environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) facility standards, including design, sustainment planning, and compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent surveys and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
