Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Global Trade Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Purchase Requests, Good Receipt PO entries, and Safe, Secure, and On-Time (SSO) requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Purchase Requests in SAP1 for approved Chief Medical Officers.
  • Process Good Receipt PO entries in SAP1 for all actual goods received from NDDs/EDDs and DC.
  • Monitor shipment movements, including ETD, ETA, Berthing, and ATA.
  • Process SSO requests for Final Assessment Notice payment requests to finance.
  • Check Single Administrative Document requirements before requesting payment.
  • Update Final Assessment Notice requests on the FAN VAT monitoring file.
  • Assist brokers with delivery schedules and provide updates to Warehouse(s).
  • Closing received Invoices and submitting to Finance for landed cost and billing reference.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP1 and other relevant software systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary: PHP 40,000 - 60,000 per month
