Global Cosmetics is seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team in Quezon City. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping and Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by entering data into accounting systems. Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices and manage vendor relationships.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Can work in Quezon City and can start ASAP.
Preferred Experience:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role.
  • Familiarity with multiple facets of accounting, including payroll, tax preparation, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
Salary:

P85000 - P100000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
