
Senior Process Excellence Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Sr. Manager to lead and execute Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely project results that meet or exceed agreed-upon metrics or goals.
- Structures business challenges logically, ensuring clear direction for cross-functional teams.
- Mentor Project Managers on Lean Six Sigma and general project management skills, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Drive change within business units, supporting project execution and toll-gating while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analyses, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis to generate key insights for projects or Lean deployment strategies.
- Presents findings and recommendations to senior management, facilitating discussions and driving decision-making.
- Develops insights based on customer interviews, desk research, expert discussions, focus groups, and surveys, ensuring a data-driven approach.
- Lead disciplined, well-documented approaches to improving end-to-end operational performance, centered on customer needs.
- Quantify project impacts on financials, productivity, and customer experience.
- Promote a risk-aware culture, adhering to required standards and processes.
- Provide hands-on leadership to Project Managers and Associates, empowering them to drive results.
Qualifications:
- Six Sigma and/or Lean Sigma training/certification.
- PMP/Prince 2 training/certification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement areas.
- Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority.
- Experience in managing Lean Six Sigma projects and driving results.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to work in ambiguity.
- Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal direction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Capacity to think strategically and innovatively.
