Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Sr. Manager to lead and execute Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the enterprise.


Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver timely project results that meet or exceed agreed-upon metrics or goals.
  2. Structures business challenges logically, ensuring clear direction for cross-functional teams.
  3. Mentor Project Managers on Lean Six Sigma and general project management skills, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  4. Drive change within business units, supporting project execution and toll-gating while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Conduct in-depth analyses, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis to generate key insights for projects or Lean deployment strategies.
  6. Presents findings and recommendations to senior management, facilitating discussions and driving decision-making.
  7. Develops insights based on customer interviews, desk research, expert discussions, focus groups, and surveys, ensuring a data-driven approach.
  8. Lead disciplined, well-documented approaches to improving end-to-end operational performance, centered on customer needs.
  9. Quantify project impacts on financials, productivity, and customer experience.
  10. Promote a risk-aware culture, adhering to required standards and processes.
  11. Provide hands-on leadership to Project Managers and Associates, empowering them to drive results.

Qualifications:
  1. Six Sigma and/or Lean Sigma training/certification.
  2. PMP/Prince 2 training/certification is an advantage.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement areas.
  4. Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and influencing people without authority.
  5. Experience in managing Lean Six Sigma projects and driving results.
  6. Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to communicate with all levels of staff, management, and senior leadership.
  8. Proven ability to work in ambiguity.
  9. Highly motivated to take ownership and drive initiatives with minimal direction.
  10. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  11. Capacity to think strategically and innovatively.
