Job Title: Digital Product Experience Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centric digital products that meet the evolving needs of our users.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

  • Develop and adhere to a user-centered design process, including research, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
Main Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and developing digital products that meet user needs and business objectives.
  2. Working collaboratively with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of user experience into product development.
  3. Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
