Job Title: UX Coordinator

We offer on-demand user experience services to businesses. We are looking for a coordinator to assist with tasks internally and with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate tasks internally and with clients
  • Convert project conversations into relevant tasks
  • Keep clients updated with tasks, progress, and blockers
  • Communicate task schedules and budget to assignees
  • Create and assign tasks to team members
  • Review design requirements and ensure they are met and approved by the design lead
  • Coordinate Figma files and ensure that approved designs are updated in client files
You Are A Good Fit If:
  • You have 0-2 years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects
  • You have a general understanding of UI/UX Design and software development process
  • You are an effective communicator
  • You can use Figma (managing files, pages, layers, accounts)
  • You are proactive in improving existing processes
  • You are proficient in using ClickUp
  • You have strong problem-solving skills
  • You have a keen eye for detail

  • Expertise in ClickUp and Figma
  • Experience managing or coordinating UI UX projects
