Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications.

  • Proven experience in user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Experience creating responsive, mobile-first designs and working with design systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframes through to final visual design and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design system standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless handoff and accurate implementation.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results.
  • Advocate for user needs across the product lifecycle, using data and insights to guide decisions.
