Part-Time Acquisition Specialist

House Buyers of America seeks a part-time Transaction Coordinator to oversee acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring timely settlements in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry, great communication and computer skills, and thrive in a remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Process acquisitions in a timely manner for swift property listing
- Serve as a dedicated customer representative throughout the settlement process
- Review and enter contracts/settlement statements into our CRM system
- Manage relationships with title companies and facilitate timely settlements
- Assist with property marketing, including ordering professional pictures and generating online listings
- Collaborate with the construction department to ensure projects are completed prior to listing
- Support expansion into new geographic markets
We are a fully remote residential real estate investment company founded on growth and success principles.
