Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the acquisition and finance teams with tasks such as financial analysis and modeling, market research, due diligence, investment presentations, and pipeline management.

The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, or acquisitions and possess advanced Excel modeling skills. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are also essential for success in this position.

  • Perform thorough financial analysis and underwriting on potential investments.
  • Review offering memoranda and seller-provided materials such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis for investment decision support.
  • Prepare high-quality presentation decks to present investment opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Assist in property-level due diligence, including lease review, rent roll, loan documents, and coordinating with third parties.
  • Organize and maintain the acquisition pipeline to ensure timely execution of deals.
