We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Livestreamer Recruiter to join our Tala TV team. The main responsibility of this role is to identify, attract, and recruit talented livestreamers to join the Tala TV app. You will play a key role in building our creator community by connecting with potential livestreamers, introducing them to the platform, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Actively source and recruit livestreamers across different platforms and communities to join Tala TV.
  • Outreach & Networking: Build strong networks and maintain relationships with potential creators, agencies, and communities to expand the pool of livestreamers.
  • Platform Promotion: Effectively present Tala TV's features, benefits, and opportunities to potential livestreamers.
  • Onboarding Support: Guide newly recruited livestreamers through the registration and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the platform.
  • Performance Targets: Meet recruitment goals by bringing in quality livestreamers who align with Tala TV's content standards and policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and training team to connect new livestreamers with resources to succeed on the platform.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on livestreaming trends, competitor platforms, and creator communities to improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in recruitment, influencer/creator management, or community building is preferred.
  • Familiarity with livestreaming platforms, creator culture, or digital entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and persuading creators.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
