PPA SPECIALIST

Drive results through data. We're hiring a PPA Specialist to lead acquisition-focused campaigns that deliver real, measurable outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage Pay-Per-Acquisition campaigns across digital platforms
  • Track conversions, optimize cost per acquisition (CPA), and improve funnel performance
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-converting assets
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
  • Recommend strategies for scaling and improving acquisition efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or acquisition-based advertising
  • Solid grasp of CPA models and conversion tracking
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and tracking platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Pixel, etc.)
  • Must work onsite in BGC, Taguig
