Requirements:

  • Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a technical support role
  • Personal or professional experience in trading/investments/blockchain is highly desired
  • Experience providing support via live chats and email
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Analytical and research skills
