We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide comprehensive support to a principal of a dynamic family office with significant investments in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and other diverse asset classes.

This role requires a professional who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks while also understanding the fast-paced and confidential nature of investment activities.

Key responsibilities will include coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls, as well as efficiently managing email correspondence, drafting responses, flagging urgent matters, and organizing the inbox.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant productivity tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential information.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and act independently.
