Job Description

Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. They act as liaisons between project managers, team members, and stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

Key responsibilities of a Project Coordinator include:

  • Supporting project management activities to ensure timely completion, adherence to scope, and budget optimization.
  • Coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and communicating with team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Planning and scheduling project work orders based on priorities and resource availability.
  • Tracking and closing out work order tickets upon completion.
  • Submitting completed work orders for billing, ensuring all requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel as a Project Coordinator, one should possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
