As a highly skilled Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project execution and exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

This is a full-time position that requires the incumbent to work independently with minimal supervision. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-level support to the Service Manager, facilitating effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet project objectives.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-oriented projects on time and within budget. They will be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders at all levels.
