This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your administrative expertise in a dynamic environment. As an experienced Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our accounting teams.
- Document Management & Client Support:
- Efficiently manage client documents and communications, ensuring timely delivery of signed documents and accurate record-keeping.
- Provide high-quality support to clients through effective email management, messaging, and query redirection.
- Develop and maintain standard correspondence templates for client communication, adhering to our brand guidelines.
- Financial Administration:
- Utilize Xero to generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
- Monitor and update client details in XPM (WorkflowMax) and the Tax Agent Portal, maintaining up-to-date information for seamless service delivery.
- Compliance & Regulatory Support:
- Prepare and send ASIC company review correspondence using NowInfinity (or similar software), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage incoming ATO correspondence within the Tax Agent Portal, including Notices of Assessment, PAYG instalments, and other official communications.
- System & Data Management:
- Maintain and update client CRM records in ActiveCampaign, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
- Support the implementation and use of cloud-based software to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within accounting, financial services, or professional services.
- Strong knowledge and experience in at least one accounting software, ideally Xero and WorkflowMax/XPM.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
