Property Management Coordinator
Job Description:This role is designed to provide support to the leadership team, focusing on property management-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in the U.S. real estate or property management industry and be comfortable using tools like Hubspot and AppFolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the leadership team with calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Contribute to property management-related administrative tasks, such as managing listings, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliance
- Utilize Hubspot for CRM and social media campaign management (preferred)
- Use AppFolio for property information, payment, and tenant communication management (preferred)
- Respond to client phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate person
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence in handling client and tenant phone calls
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the U.S. real estate or property management industry
- Familiarity with Hubspot and/or AppFolio (preferred)
- Availability to work in US time zones
