Accountant

As a seasoned financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, Examining, and Analyzing Financial Statements
  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger.
  • Preparation and Review of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial Reports to guarantee accuracy.
  • Reconciling bank accounts and monitoring cash flow.
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Preparing tax returns and ensuring timely filing in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable laws.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits.
  • Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
  • Supporting the finance team in various projects and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Equivalent Certification Preferred). 
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel).
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
