Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Operations Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing private company financials and evaluating alignment with investment criteria.

This individual will be responsible for managing CRM systems, conducting outreach to business owners, and supporting investor and partner communication.

  • Analyzing private company financials from Excel files and confidential information memorandums is a critical aspect of this position.
  • It also involves evaluating company data to determine alignment with investment criteria, as well as managing and updating CRM systems, including HubSpot and Insightly.
  • Another essential duty is conducting outreach to business owners via email and phone to initiate conversations, and supporting investor and partner communication by organizing data and follow-ups.
  • Additionally, this role requires assisting with various administrative and operational tasks, including follow-ups and scheduling, and maintaining organization across deals and communications in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong English fluency, clear communication skills, and financial analysis experience, reviewing company financials and understanding business models.

They should also have proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data formatting) or Google Sheets, hands-on experience using CRM tools like HubSpot and Instagate/Insightly, and be comfortable making outbound phone calls to business owners and external stakeholders.

A high level of organization and reliability, excellent attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities are essential for success in this position.
