Construction Project Management Software Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Construction Project Management Software Specialist to optimize construction project execution.

  • Configure and customize leading construction software platforms, such as Buildertrend and JobTread.
  • Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation with precision.
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports that streamline internal processes.
  • Develop and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system to maintain clarity.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world execution and adapts to evolving needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal documentation and user guides for best practices to support team growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization to drive efficient workflows.
  • A deep understanding of construction workflows, including estimating, bidding, scheduling, and subcontracting.
  • The ability to work comfortably in a non-client-facing role, focusing on process optimization.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.

Bonus Skills: SOP creation, automation tools, knowledge of Asana/ClickUp/Trello, basic API or CSV manipulation.
