Job Overview

The Human Resource Generalist plays a vital role in ensuring the organization adheres to its policies and procedures, providing advice and support across all facets of the Human Resource Department.

Key responsibilities include coordinating compensation and benefits programs, managing HR projects and databases, handling grievances and disciplinary actions, as well as performance issues according to company policy and legal requirements.

Market trend analysis and assessment of program guidelines are necessary to optimize benefit utilization. Proactive HR initiatives related to employee relations, compensation, and benefits must be devised and implemented.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with the Human Resource Manager for success.

Required qualifications include a college graduate with relevant education, at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR roles or similar positions, and understanding of HR principles and basic software.

Technical requirements include a dual monitor setup (at least 8GB of RAM) and internet access. The work schedule is 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, with unlimited access to training courses and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
