Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inbound, sort, outbound, and Return to Seller operations at our Sorting Center. This role requires a strong leader who can initiate improvements to achieve efficiency in operations and work closely with SOC Lead in manpower planning and allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and optimize Sorting Center's inbound, sort, outbound, and Return to Seller operations to ensure KPI performance.
  • Collaborate with SOC Lead in manpower planning and allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate performance of sub leads and provide feedback and ramp up plan.
  • Work closely with SPX Express Operations and Sorting Center Support teams in forecasting volume and maximizing SOC operations.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
  • At least 5-8 years relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics or related fields.
  • Proven track record in handling volume operations and manpower (direct and 3rd party).
  • Critical thinking skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Applications.
