The company is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their team in Manila, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to align with the company's strategic goals, collaborating with various teams, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, and fostering a positive work environment.

Work set up: 3-6 months onboarding in Singapore, PH Set up: To be determined by the SOM once PH Operations is set up.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and align strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
  • Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure profitability.
  • Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to overcome them.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the operations team.
  • Develop and manage the operations budget.
  • Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment, training, and development of operations staff.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated with the latest operational trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management and a minimum of 8 years of experience in operations leadership.
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures and policies, especially in the electronics industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
