As a business expert, you will serve as the link between consultants, external clients and our team of system developers. You will contribute to the implementation of new services, and ongoing business by translating business needs into actionable programming and process steps for developers. This role requires an individual who is comfortable with business and financial analysis and working as part of a global team.

  • Ensure all documentation starts from baseline and adheres to standards.
  • Attend client meetings relevant to the components they have responsibility for.
  • Develop requirements documentation.
  • Configure systems based on client requirements.
  • Create test plans and testing system changes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Identify reporting needs and requirements.
  • Understand contracts and identify change orders.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure project requirements are understood.
  • Provide guidance to other team members regarding best practices.
  • Escalate concerns to Project Manager.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Understanding of health and welfare fundamentals preferred
  • Ability to complete training program
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Strong analytical, integrative and problem-solving skills
