About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking and Finance Associate to assist our Relationship Managers in implementing loan transactions and customer servicing functions. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate with other departments, prepare documents, and monitor submission of document and insurance deficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with other departments to gather information and prepare documents.
  • Assist in loan transaction implementation, including monitoring submission of document and insurance deficiencies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare special client requests, such as Statements of Account and amortization schedules.
  • Monitor loan repricing and maturity dates through mainframe system reports.
  • Service loan and trade transactions, coordinating with booking units and clients as needed.
  • Prepare instruction sheets for loan or trade transactions.
  • Types promissory notes and reviews billing statements.
  • Prepare reports and provide information to management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a 4-year degree in Business, Banking, or Finance. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in banking processes and customer service. You must be proficient in MS Office systems, have excellent communication skills, and be service-oriented. Assignment to Makati is a requirement.
