Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized Marketing Project Manager to drive operational efficiency across marketing initiatives. This role is critical in facilitating cross-functional project coordination, reporting, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing processes end-to-end, with strong organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication individually and in group settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings for efficient communication.
  • Analyze key trends, insights, and supplier impacts from weekly business results.
  • Manage NPS surveys and facilitation to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement budgeting process improvements.
  • Support the development of business insights through week-over-week tracking.
  • Collaborate with division and department leads on project management needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing processes end-to-end.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills individually and in group settings.
  • Ability to establish trust across various internal stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
  • A self-starter who can learn processes and systems as they evolve.

This is a remote position requiring an available work-from-home setup.
