Business Development Representative

Rippedboxstation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis role involves conducting outbound cold calling, initiating meaningful conversations with prospects, and identifying interested leads. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing lead information, and tracking prospect performance. Additionally, you will assist in managing the sales pipeline, preventing bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth progression through each stage of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to identify opportunities for growth.
- Craft personalized responses and engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to build trust and establish relationships.
- Schedule and manage lead appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and confirmations using various communication methods.
- Track prospect information, timelines, preferences, and qualifications, recording accurate and consistent data in our CRM system.
- Develop and execute customized email marketing campaigns aligned with our branding and objectives.
- Design, edit, and update email templates to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
- Deploy email campaigns to targeted audiences, ensuring accurate timing and relevance.
- Localize content and promotional strategies for specific markets to enhance audience engagement and customer experience.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribes, to optimize results.
- Engage with new leads, referrals, and prospects via email, chat, and calls, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline, preventing bottlenecks, and ensuring prospects move smoothly through each stage of the sales cycle.
- Proven working experience as a Lead Generation Specialist is required.
- Experience with appointment setting is a must.
- Must have experience in email marketing and marketing automation software.
- Knows how to source out and qualify leads.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
- Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Knows how to craft responses and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Able to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
- Exhibit strong work ethic and initiative.
- Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision.
