We are a leading provider of innovative solutions in the building materials industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of the building materials industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the building materials industry.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Chemical Engineering (or other technical field) and/or relevant sales experience in the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other digital tools.
  • Valid driver's license.

Location: North Metro Manila/South Metro Manila/Central Luzon

Estimated Salary: ₱60,000 - ₱80,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
