Job Title

Lead a team of highly-skilled professionals as a Portfolio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of various properties.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates, reduce expenses, and increase revenue.
  • Manage tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and compliance with safety standards.
  • Process financial transactions, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor payments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract new tenants.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, staying up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations affecting property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple properties, developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business results.
  • Tenant Relations: Foster strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Ensure timely and efficient resolution of maintenance and repair issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Process financial transactions, manage budgets, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Marketing & Acquisition: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract new tenants.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations affecting property management, ensuring compliance across all properties.
