Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching a small but mighty BD team on sales strategy, performance, and best practices that drive growth and team development
  • Working closely with decision-makers to guide them from interest to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and value-driven start
  • Pursuing new business opportunities across industries through strategic outreach, product trials, and partnerships
  • Building playbooks and improving systems to boost efficiency and team impact
  • Tracking performance, managing pipelines, and forecasting outcomes using CRM dashboards and key metrics
  • Collaborating across teams to align strategies and ensure seamless onboarding and handoffs

This is a full-time role for candidates based in a country. A stable internet connection and a decent work setup are key. Frequent in-person gatherings or meetings are expected.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in business development. They should be able to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
