Seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of success in generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and challenges.
- Position financial and technical solutions to address client pain points.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring revenue and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and leverage sales tools to track progress and performance.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
- Foundational financial acumen, with understanding of revenue, cash flow, and market trends.
- Basic familiarity with technical solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, or website building platforms.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus but not a must.
- Experience in selling financial services or SaaS/technology solutions.
- Background in customer support and sales, in addition to sales.
- Proven sales skills, including innovative thinking and team collaboration.
