Seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of success in generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Position financial and technical solutions to address client pain points.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring revenue and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and leverage sales tools to track progress and performance.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent active listening, communication, and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Foundational financial acumen, with understanding of revenue, cash flow, and market trends.
  • Basic familiarity with technical solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, or website building platforms.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus but not a must.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in selling financial services or SaaS/technology solutions.
  • Background in customer support and sales, in addition to sales.
  • Proven sales skills, including innovative thinking and team collaboration.
  • Recognition or awards for high performance in previous roles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
