Marketing Analyst Position

A career opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing Analyst to join a fast-paced digital marketing consultancy.

The successful candidate will play a key part in transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights and clear narratives that drive revenue and inform high-level business decisions.

This role was created to provide essential analytics support to the marketing team as they continue to scale and take on more strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets in a marketing analytics context.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness, monitoring and troubleshooting data discrepancies or tracking issues, analyzing marketing data, identifying trends, diagnosing KPI shifts across channels, preparing clear and actionable reports, creating compelling data narratives to support decision-making for multiple stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment and clarity on data-driven priorities.

The position offers flexibility in working hours, requiring Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST, with occasional weekend availability for urgent matters. The work setup includes remote work arrangement, requiring reliable internet connection and quiet workspace, and own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar operating system.

A competitive hourly rate is offered for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets in a marketing analytics context.
  • Proven record of preparing insightful marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Experience coordinating projects or workflows across multiple teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Prior work in a fast-paced, agency, or digital marketing environment.
